DELIVERY POLICY – STALONLINE

1. Delivery area

We deliver throughout all of Poland.
Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Warsaw or from partner warehouses.

2. Delivery methods

We offer the following transport options:

  • HDS transport (unloading handled by the driver),

  • Standard transport,

  • Combined transport (several recipients in one direction – lower cost).

The type of transport is selected individually, depending on the size and weight of the order.

3. Delivery costs

Transport cost is determined individually and depends on:

  • the weight and length of the material,

  • the delivery location,

  • the type of vehicle (HDS / standard).

Example transport costs within Poland:

  • from PLN 199 to PLN 449 gross

We always confirm the exact delivery cost before processing the order.

4. Lead time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.

  • For combined transports, lead time may depend on route availability in a given direction.

5. Unloading

For HDS transport, unloading is carried out by the driver at the location indicated by the Customer, provided that:

  • access for a heavy goods vehicle is ensured,

  • the ground is stable and safe.

6. Documents and certificates

For every order we provide:

  • material certificates,

  • quality documents compliant with applicable standards.

7. Personal collection

Personal collection is possible by prior appointment.
